From Laura Nowlin, author of the internationally bestselling IF HE HAD BEEN WITH ME, comes a fresh repackage of her coming-of-age romance about three high school seniors who share a passion for creativity and the lengths they will go to pursue love and their dreams. A captivating novel about protecting and sustaining the relationships that are most important. "Music is the second most important thing," I say. That was something my mother would always say. We've stopped saying it out loud, but I think it all the same. The most important thing is love. Ramona fell for Sam the moment she met him. It was like she had known him forever. He's one of the few constants in her life, and their friendship is too important to risk for a kiss. Though she really wants to kiss him. Sam loves Ramona, but he would never expect her to feel the same way-she's too unique and self-assured for someone like him. Still, they compliment each other perfectly, both as best friends and as a band. Then they meet Tom. Tom makes music too, and he's just what the band's been missing. The three quickly become inseparable. The only problem is that Ramona can't deny her chemistry with Tom...and she still has feelings for Sam. How can she be true to herself without risking the relationships she values most?
